Sri Lanka Balloon Festival in Colombo

The Sri Lanka Balloon Festival 2011 saw participants from around the world join this festival. The route covered Sigiriya, Kandy, and Colombo. About 40 participants from around the world participated in the event. Colourful hot-air balloons floating around the island is quite a spectacular sight. Plans are being made for the 2012 balloon festival which starts mid-March and lasts until beginning of April. For further information see: Click Here
