David Hopps – Our UK director as well as senior cricket writer for the Guardian fell in love with Sri Lanka when covering the 2001 England Tour. David was the architect behind Thorner Mexborough CC’s promotion in 2006 and is such an expert on cricket tours that he even writes books on the subject.

Charlie Austin – Charlie directs the company from the Colombo office, where he is also the Sri Lanka Country Manager of Cricinfo.com. As well, he runs a Sports Management company called AML that currently manages several Sri Lanka cricket stars, including Mahela Jayawardene, Kumar Sangakkara and Sanath Jayasuriya. When he has the chance he takes the No 4 spot for the Colombo Crusaders CC (with mixed results).

Hiran Gunasekara – As head of Red Dot operations, Hiran organises and coordinates the logistical side to the tour. From arranging your umpires to booking the hotel room, Hiran ensures this is all done and is responsible for the smooth running of the tour. He assures us he was a top school boy cricketer in his day and is now an avid supporter of the national team.
