Charlie Austin - Charlie directs the company from the Colombo office, where he is also the Sri Lanka Country Manager of Cricinfo.com. As well, he runs AML Sports Management that currently manages several Sri Lanka cricket stars, including Mahela Jayawardene, Kumar Sangakkara and Sanath Jayasuriya.

David Hopps - Our UK director as well as senior cricket writer for the Guardian fell in love with Sri Lanka when covering the 2001 England Tour. David was the architect behind Thorner Mexborough CC’s promotion in 2006 and is such an expert on cricket tours that he even writes books on the subject.

Archie Fellowes - Archie assumes the role of Red Dot’s cricket manager, having first got a taste for sports tours following the England team to India and then Sri Lanka. He has represented Exeter University and St. Cross Symondians CC, and is a lover of social cricket. Archie is now attempting to establish himself on the Colombo club circuit with Moors CC.

Ishan Thrimanne - An old boy of St Peters College with an aptitude for cricket, Ishan joined Red Dot Tours as a Senior Operations Co-ordinator in July 2007 after a successful eight-year stint with Aitken Spence Travels. He is well regarded in the Sri Lankan travel industry and will help you set up your tour.

Rajiv Chopra - Rajiv has been in the travel industry since 1982 and has handled all types of travel-related events such as group and individual tours, charters, conventions, educational trips, wildlife tours and so on. His in-depth knowledge and tourism contacts make him an expert in planning and operating cricket tours in India.
