Aug 04, 2008 : This was an excellent way to start the holiday; it was particularly what we needed after our long flight. The breakfast was exceptional, the buffet was good but unfortunately we didn’t try the fine dining restaurant. We also took advantage of a locally offered excursion through the canal system and it was a super and relaxing experience introducing us to some of the local wildlife and ways of life.
