Architects Lalyn Collure and Shyamika Silva shared the distinction of winning the inaugural Geoffrey Bawa Award for Excellence in Architecture at an impressive presentation held at the Galle Face Hotel in July this year……Nothing could be more in keeping with the old master’s principles of site and context than Lalyn Collure’s Boulder Garden hotel. This luxury hideaway is located in Kalawana, on the edges of Sri Lanka’s famed Sinharaja rainforest.
