Several local artisans and entrepreneurs have developed exquisite arts and crafts blending Sri Lankan heritage with contemporary design. These products are made of indigenous materials such as recycled paper, elephant dung, terracotta, and scented woods and oils, and handloom fabrics. Elephant dung stationery, scented candles, relaxing massage oils, handloom toys and linen, Sri Lanka T-shirts and souveniours as well as beautiful hand crafted object d’art are available for your home or for gifts.

Housed in a bungalow designed by renowned architect Geoffrey Bawa, you can find anything from wine racks to garden furniture, pots and vases, to chairs and tables from Indonesia. Also available are organic bath products from Sri Lanka and Bali and beautifully potted organic foodstuffs.

Offers brand-name clothing at great prices and has everything you need under one roof.  Accessories and jewelry, shoes, bags, cosmetics, home ware, sunglasses, tea, books, music, watches, swimwear, winter clothing, sports wear, candy and chocolate store, bath products, and excellent selection of Sri Lanka T-shirts. ODEL also has many food outlets including a Sushi bar, an Italian ice cream (Il Gelato) parlour, food court, Deli France, wine bar and kids play area.  Definitely the place to go shopping while in Colombo.
