Jul 17, 2007 : I was very disappointed and only stayed one night as a result. Accommodation was very dated and restaurant was like a school canteen with food to match. We found the staff quite rude, unlike everywhere else where people couldn’t do enough for us.

Jul 11, 2007 : The room was cold and damp and had a smell of stale tobacco due to faulty a/c which was reported but no action was taken. On our arrival the receptionist was surly and hostile and when we complained dismissive.
