Travel Sri Lanka, Vol 5 No 9
After a most comfortable night’s sleep it was certainly a shame to have to get up n the morning, but welcomed into the new day with a steaming cup of `bed tea’ and a newspaper, it suddenly didn’t seem so bad after all! With days filled with the possibility of endless activities – from wandering the gardens to trekking the tea estate, from a tour of the Pussellawa Tea Factory to a drive further afield, from a game of tennis to a leisurely swim in the pool – there’s plenty to get you up and keep people of all ages busy. There are also plenty of reasons, I suppose, why you shouldn’t have to do anything at all!

Mar 04, 2008 : Fabulous place!! Lovely room. Helpful staff. Swimming pool in a stunning setting. Very quiet – the best sleep I had in the entire trip. Felt a little bit uncomfortable as the only guest though.. Thoroughly recommend. Taking their ‘Labradors’ or an early morning walk through the tea plantations was brilliant and a memorable part of my trip.
