Introduction
Earls Regency is arguably the most prestigious of Kandy's traditional hotels, although its formality may be more appreciated by business travellers than family holidaymakers or casual independent travellers. The hotel has a sense of grandeur from the moment you approach its palatial lobby, with indoor waterfall. A large lounge bar and mini lounge areas offer a welcome personal touch. The Far Pavilion restaurant is light and airy. Earl's Regency is just 15 minutes away be from the picturesque Victoria Golf and Country Resort which has won many accolades including 'Best Course in Asia 2005' by Asian Golf monthly and ranked in 'Top 100 Most Beautiful courses in the World,' by Golfers Digest.
