Meals are served at the ground floor restaurant or on the upper floor terrace overlooking the gardens. Sri Lankan cuisine and western dishes are served here, prepared with fresh vegetables and local spices. Discuss your meal preferences ahead of time with the chef, who is happy to share his traditional recipes with guests. Only vegetarian dishes are on offer due to the hotel’s proximity to the Nallur Kovil, a sacred Hindu temple.
