Few palm trees but tame deer and birds, and other wildlife by chance, abounds in this 38 acre park adjoining a jungle watering hole. Accommodation is in detached villas split into two, three or four units, warm with polished wood furniture and fittings. Traditional, colonial rattan and wood lounge chairs have been reproduced with an Italian flair giving the hotel an upmarket look.

Jul 28, 2009 : The Italian & Sri Lankan food was great but the English food they served was not good at all. We also had to ask to move room as although the hotel was empty they moved people in to the next room at 4am and kept us awake the whole night.
