How do I buy my tickets?

Red Dot tickets: Red Dot has purchased its tickets a allocation of tickets at all three venues. We have premium seats in the grandstands, of which only a limited supply is available, and plenty of standard covered seating with good views and covered seating. We are charge an admin fee for securing in advance, and have to pay in advance, so this necessitates us charging an admin fee of £5 per Test match (for all 5 days) for sourcing your tickets. This includes delivery to your hotel prior to the game.

Online Ticket Sales: We have also been advised by Sri Lanka Cricket that they intend to sell tickets online on their website: www.srilankacricket.lk. We are not sure when the ticket platform will be launched, but assume it is likely to happen quite late, possibly in September. This will be a cheap and affordable way of procuring tickets but premium seating, especially grandstand seats, may not be available.

On the gate: Sri Lanka Test matches are never sell-outs and this tour will be no different. It is perfectly simple to obtain tickets at the front gates of all the venues on the morning of the match. The issue is where you will be sitting or standing.

Our general advice is that if are happy lounging on the grass banks, lapping up the sun (with sunscreen, of course), then there is no need to get worried about buying tickets in advance. If, however, you want good covered seats with access to television monitors and good accessibility to toilets and eating establishments, then you should consider buying in advance.
