are offering very special Air Taxi rates for their customers
who travel from the UK on either a SriLankan or Emirates flight.
The offer is available only when the Air Taxi tickets are
purchased with the international ticket. The offer is also
only available on their scheduled South Coast service. A one-way
fare from the International Airport to Bentota, Koggala, Dickwella
or Weerawila (near Yala) will cost £50. A return fare
will cost £100. Business Class travellers get enhanced
discounts: £35 (one-way), £70 (return). Child
fares are 75% of the adult fare. Infant fares are 10% of the
adult fare. |
Hop on, Hop off
SriLankan Airlines have introduced a new service allowing travellers
to organise their own round tours using the Air Taxi. Three
times per week -- on Wed, Fri and Sun from 15 Dec to 22 April
-- the Air Taxi will circle the island in a clockwise loop stopping
in the Cultural Triangle, Kandy, the Southern Highlands, Yala,
Dickwella, Koggala and Bentota. For £550 you can purchase
a ticket that allows you to utilise four legs. This helps to
dramatically reduce travel time around the island and allows
those with less time to organise fabulous holidays. |

they are offered on a first-come-first-serve basis and RDT cannot
