1.
New enquiries (this form is compulsory):
Our holiday
agents operate directly out of Colombo and must therefore
be contacted, in the first instance, by email for all
enquiries about flights, accommodation or tailor-made
tours. Your individual sales agent can discuss details
by phone later on request .
If you are contacting us for the first time, you must
fill in the form below. If you do not supply these basic
details, we may not be able to respond to your request
successfully. For other, more general enquiries, please

Important: Please
ensure that your email settings are not set to treat mail
from enquiries@reddottours.com as spam or trash, or you
may miss our reply.
2. Enquiries in
progress:
We prefer to plan your holiday via email. We will respond
as quickly as possible. Please try to reply quickly, clearly
and decisively. Delays and indecision reduce your chances
of a satisfying, confirmed itinerary.
Moral obligations:
Our Booking Conditions only come into force when you accept
our Confirmation Invoice and pay a deposit. That is the
legal contract between us. But we would urge you to remember
the moral contract, too. A small minority of people request
many hours of research and bookings fortailor-made itineraries
and then casually cancel without explanation. Red Dot
values the higher behavioural standards of the vast majority
of its customers.
3. Ring-back request:
Our Colombo sales agents will discuss ongoing holiday
plans on the phone if necessary. Please request
a ring-back by emailing your personal sales agent
and advising a number to call and the nature of your request.

717742. Please note that Sri Lanka is six hours
ahead of GMT and so calls to the UK, and the rest of Europe,
will normally be made between 0800-1200.
4. Our UK office:
The UK office deals primarily with
administrative matters for confirmed bookings (including
payments and issue of flight tickets). The UK office does
not normally offer detailed holiday advice. This enables
us to offer a more cost-effective service.

5 Confirmed bookings:
When a booking is confirmed, you will be sent a Confirmation
Invoice, stating your payment schedules. You must then
enter the Payments section on our secure servers (the
link is found at the top of the home page). Here you will
be asked to provide all personal and payment details and
confirm that you have read our booking conditions and
agree to abide by them. We prefer you to pay by on-line
credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Maestro/Switch) or by
cheque. Bank transfers are available on request. On- line
credit card payments are simple to understand and are
protected by HSBC's secure servers.
Credit-card payments have these supplementary charges:
Switch/Maestro: no charge.
Visa/Mastercard: £300 and below: £5.
Above £300: £10. |
