The Kerala & Maldives Combo brings together the best of two nations. Depart from London, flying direct to the Maldives, the Indian Ocean’s most sought-after beach escape, an archipelago of islands offering turquoise blue waters, fine sandy beaches and a kaleidoscope of underwater life. Spend six nights relaxing at Makunudu Island Resort, a six-acre isle in the North Male Atol then proceed to Kerala to experience to experience South India’s historic sights, the spice-growing foothills of the Western Ghats, the tranquil backwaters and Periyar National Park.

This is a two-week holiday that provides you with an opportunity to enjoy the main highlights of Kerala – the serene backwaters, tea-growing hills, spice plantations, national parks with elephant herds and tigers, and palm-tree lined golden beaches – at a leisurely pace. This is a special trip and we recommend traveling between November and April. But don’t be afraid to travel outside of the peak season too, especially from mid-July to September, when the prices in Kerala are very competitive and the weather is generally good.

Experience Sri Lanka’s ancient cultural heritage, its tropical wilderness and the green-mantled hills of its tea-country. Then follow this with five days of relaxation on the sandy beaches of the Maldives. We have selected unique accommodation including colonial period hotels and a tea estate bungalow in Sri Lanka. In the Maldives we have opted for Bandos Resort, a popular mid-range option with excellent facilities.
