General Profile:
The Taj group aimed to transfer its reputation for five-star
luxury from the city to the coast when the Exotica took
shape at the northern end of Bentota beach around the turn
of the century. It strives to justify its five-star status
everywhere: in its private, manicured gardens, its plush
interior décor - wooden pillars, high ceilings and
expensive furnishings - and the Taj group's reputation for
high levels of service.
Wedding Details:
Taj Exotica offers a standard wedding package that can also
be tailored to your needs. The hotel’s strength for
weddings, aside from its experience in this field, is the
quality of the possible locations, either on the rocky headland
overlooking the sea’s surf, on the wide golden beach
itself or in the hotels manicured and lush gardens. A simple
adapted traditional Sinhalese ceremony is available in two
different packages. The hotel recommends that you arrive
at least four days prior to the wedding. A Renewal of Vows
package is also available.
