Ayurvedic Rejuvenation
Introduction
Kerala is well known for its ancient healing wisdom of Ayurveda which dates back to more than 5,000 years. Mind and body relaxation through Ayurvedic massage and yoga helps to relieve stress and rejuvenate. This is a peaceful journey through Kerala’s Malabar Coast, the serene backwaters and finally, seven days of Ayurvedic rejuvenation on the west coast by the waters of the Arabian Sea. Experience Kerala’s unhurried rural lifestyle. At the Malabar House in Fort Cochin, we have also suggested an optional Kalari massage – this is part of Kalaripayattu, a traditional Keralan martial art of Kerala that has developed its own system of healing and self-defence.

Note: For those looking for curative Ayurvedic treatments, we recommend our 21-night 'Ayurvedic Healing' journey.
