Garden Villas, Lakeview Villas and Duplex Villas. Each villa is constructed in traditional style with gabled tiled roofs, cooling terracotta floors, timber ceilings and private verandahs. The villas have four-poster beds dressed in white linen. The ensuite bathrooms are stylish and have h/w showers. The essence of Kerala and the backwaters can be experienced aboard the `Punnamada Royal’ - an exclusive Kettuvallam (houseboat) owned by the Resort. This luxurious houseboat has an a/c bedroom furnished in similar style to the villas with ensuite bathroom, sitting and dining area. The houseboat team includes a captain and chef.
Facilities
The lakeside restaurant at Punnamada, once an old limestone kiln, is designed to provide a heritage experience. Traditional Keralan cuisine, dishes from other parts of India and Western cuisine are served 24 hours. The Spa offers a range of Ayurvedic relaxing massages and curative treatments that aimed at holistic wellness of the mind and body. The Aquamarine swimming pool stands in lush gardens. Other facilities include indoor games such as snooker, table tennis, and chess.

Alleppey which is known for its traditional snake boat races, coir industry and the manufacturing of houseboats.
