Anti-Fraud Policy
Credit-card fraud is on the increase. No country, company or individual is immune to the trend.That makes it even more important that all your holiday transactions are treated with utmost privacy and security. Red Dot has established anti-fraud practices throughout the company to protect the interests of all our clients to the best of our ability. Please ensure that any holiday supplier you use understands and follows similar procedures. Some do, many do not. Chip-and-pin has still not been introduced in many parts of the world. We therefore recommend that for all your holiday transactions that you take care with all credit/debit-card transactions and, if you are at all unsure, pay in cash.
 
Confirming Your Booking

In the case of instant bookings, payments will be requested online during the booking process and your booking will then be confirmed by the issue of a Travel Voucher. For all other bookings, your booking will be first confirmed by the issue of a Travel Voucher. Once in receipt of this, you must enter the online payment centre and confirm that you accept our booking conditions. If you fail to meet the payment deadlines stated on the Travel Voucher, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and will inform you of this. Bookings should be paid either by:

 

(i) On-line credit card payment.
(ii) UK cheque, payable to Red Dot Tours, and sent to: Red Dot Tours, Orchard House, Folly Lane, Bramham, LS23 6RZ, West Yorkshire, UK.
(iii) Bank transfer: full details in our FAQs.

Further payments in line with booking conditions. Travel insurance cover is compulsory.
