Themed after the Pettah market in Colombo, Table One is the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant offering an extensive range of Sri Lankan Indian, Chinese and Intercontinental dishes. Capital Bar & Grill is their steakhouse cum fine dining restaurant which has three individually designed dining areas guests can choose from. Shang Palace is Shangri-La’s signature restaurant which serves Chinese cuisine from Sichuan, Dongbei and Canton including the famed Peking duck dish. Kaema Sutra run by local chef extraordinaire, Darshan Munidasa who also owns one of the Top 50 restaurants in Asia highlights Sri Lankan fusion cuisine.
In addition, Shangri-La also has Sapphyr Lounge where high tea is served in the evenings.
