Completion of this form helps us to respond to your request quickly and accurately and ensures that your enquiry is given priority. Incomplete forms may not be accepted and can cause delays to the frustration of everybody concerned. We treat this information confidentially and we never provide it to third parties.

(i) Time spent researching your holiday now saves time later and gives you a better chance of securing the holiday you want.
(ii) Check first whether one of our specialised and flexible range of tours can help you. This may save you money.
(iii) If not, please provide as much information as possible, eg dates of travel, budget and preferred locations.
(iv) Do not leave your planning too late - especially at peak times of year.

Our Booking Conditions only come into force when you accept our Travel Voucher and pay a deposit. That is the legal contract between us. But we would urge you to remember the moral contract, too. A small minority of people request many hours of research and bookings fortailor-made itineraries and then casually cancel without explanation. Red Dot values the higher behavioural standards of the vast majority of its customers.

Sri Lanka office

Office hours 0900 to 1730 Monday to Friday, Sri Lanka time. Answer phone monitoring and call-back service on evenings Monday to Friday and Saturdays. Closed except for emergencies on Sundays and public holidays.

Note: Sri Lanka is 5.5 hours ahead of GMT. Calls from Europe are therefore best made by lunchtime.

Confirmed bookings:
When a booking is confirmed, you will be sent a Travel Voucher and an Invoice stating your payment schedules. You must then enter the Payments section on our secure servers (the link is found at the top of the home page). Here you will be asked to provide all personal and payment details and confirm that you have read our Booking Conditions and agree to abide by them. We prefer you to pay by on-line credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa American Express or Maestro/Switch) in either GBP or Euros. On-line credit card payments are simple to understand and are protected by HSBC's secure servers. Cheques are also accepted, made out to Red Dot Tours and sent to our Uk office. Bank transfers are available on request, in GBP,or US$, and full bank details are available on our FAQs.

Note: An additional credit-card charge of 0.8% is added to the amount shown on your Travel Voucher. Any unpaid credit-card fees will be recharged. Small credit card fees subsidise our own credit-card charges and so enable us to offer a low base price to all our customers.
