What we love
- We love the proximity to Minneriya and Kaudulla National Parks making Elephas an ideal choice for wildlife enthusiasts
- The serene ambience and attentive service here are exemplary
- The food offered at the on-site restaurant caters to both local and international tastes with a broad variety on offer
This hotel is set in a remote location so there are limited dining options outside the resort Wifi access can be patchy due to the remote location, we feel that this adds to the serenity here
The hotel provides spacious family rooms, the outdoor swimming pool offers year-round recreation for families. The hotel has a selection of cycles to rent for wider exploration of the area.
Elephas Resort is located in the village of Kimbissa, just a short distance from the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, at the heart of Sri Lanka’s cultural triangle. The tranquil Audangawa Lake is a pleasant stroll away, offering an added sense of serenity.
