Sri Lanka is quietly developing a collection of luxury villas to rival the most exclusive hideaways in the world. Red Dot has assembled an enticing villa collection for your consideration. We can offer beach villas, blessed with some of the most idyllic coastal locations; inland villas, lying alongside gently-rolling rivers or in the heart of the hill country; and beautifully-renovated villas in the heart of Galle's historic old town.

Sri Lanka has a beguiling tropical climate, low levels of violent crime, one of the best hygiene records for tourists in Asia, and is famed for the friendly welcome given by its people. It is ideally suited for an independent villa holiday. The villas are all well staffed and equipped, with staff commonly including managers, cooks, cleaners, houseboys, gardeners and security staff. Discover one of Sri Lanka's best-kept secrets and examine our rich selection of luxury villas.

The finest Beach Villas in Sri Lanka are blessed with enviable positions on Sri Lanka's tranquil south coast. Here you can gazing out upon pristine beaches and the sparkling water of the Indian Ocean beyond. Our Inland Villas are a more diverse collection -- ranging from converted planters houses on grand tea estates, exclusive modern villas in Sri Lanka's rural heartlands, where birds may glide across lakes and paddy fields, to accommodation at one of Asia's finest golf courses.

Galle Fort is one of Sri Lanka’s special places. Stroll through the 'new' English gate or the 'old' Dutch gate and you enter a different country. Some 600 houses, many of them splendidly renovated, line the ancient narrow streets of this world heritage site with a select number of craft and art shops. The walk along the ramparts to watch the sun set over the Indian Ocean is a
timeless joy.
