Our UK Office

Red Dot’s UK home is at Bruern Farm, a family-run working farm in the West Oxfordshire Cotswolds. Our office sits among fields of heritage grain, farm buildings and old woodland, with the farm’s own shop and cafe a short stroll away.

It’s a long way from the tea country of Sri Lanka or the deserts of Rajasthan, but this is where many of our journeys begin: over a phone call, a good coffee and a map.

A deliberately small team

What happens here

We’re a small team with two small offices, one here in the Cotswolds and one in Colombo, and that’s deliberate. Staying small is how we stay specialist and focused. It means you won’t be passed around different departments and different teams; the person who designs your journey is the person who looks after it.

When you call us, you’re either speaking to someone in our UK office or, if you’re travelling to Sri Lanka or the Maldives, our Colombo office with the support of our UK team. Between them, these two offices plan and design every Red Dot journey: India, Bhutan and Nepal from the UK, Sri Lanka and the Maldives from Colombo. It’s as simple as that.

We’re a British company, and your booking is fully protected. Our air holiday packages are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority (ATOL 5517) and we’re a member of ABTOT (membership number 5664), so your money is safe from the moment you book.

Behind every trip is a network we’ve spent decades building: our own team in Colombo and long-standing partners across India, Bhutan, Nepal and the Maldives. They’re the ones checking hotels in person, meeting guides and finding the places that never make it into guidebooks. It’s this combination, careful planning with genuine depth on the ground, that makes our journeys what they are.
