ATOL Protection

Red Dot Tours holds an Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (ATOL number 5517) issued by the Civil Aviation Authority.

Some of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays we offer are financially protected under the ATOL scheme. When you purchase an ATOL-protected flight or holiday from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This certificate explains what elements of your booking are financially protected and provides information on who to contact if assistance is required.

Not all travel services offered by Red Dot Tours are covered by ATOL protection. If your booking is not ATOL protected, we will advise you of the protection that applies. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate, your booking will not be protected under the ATOL scheme.

ABTOT Protection

Travel arrangements that are not protected by ATOL may be protected by the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust.

Red Dot Tours is a member of ABTOT (membership number 5664). ABTOT provides financial protection for certain package travel arrangements under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

In the unlikely event of our insolvency:

• Customers who have not yet travelled will receive a refund, and
• Customers already abroad will be repatriated where transportation is included in the package.

ABTOT protection applies when protected travel arrangements are purchased directly from Red Dot Tours.
