You will have 24 hour support on the ground in India throughout your trip. Because our local partners have their own offices in the major cities, there is always someone close at hand, and you will have a dedicated file manager you can reach on WhatsApp from start to finish. This is a huge benefit of travelling with Red Dot.
On arrival, a representative will meet you outside the terminal with a sign showing your name, and the same applies for domestic flights. At railway stations, you will be met at your carriage. You will be given your flight and train tickets, a brief overview of your trip, and a WhatsApp number for your file manager. In the larger cities where our partners have an office, a local representative will also meet you to run through the sightseeing arrangements for that destination.
We provide full contact details before you travel, including an emergency number and your India specialist, and we stay in regular contact with your driver and local teams to keep everything running smoothly.
