The location may be a bit far out for anyone who wants to step outside their hotel and explore but it’s an easy water-taxi ride from Udaipur’s main attractions
Families are welcome and kids will be spoiled by the Oberoi team who run an extensive programme of activities to keep little ones entertained, from clay play and block printing to treasure hunts and kite making.
Additional beds can be added to rooms and children’s menus, high chairs, cots, and babysitting are available on request.
Oberoi Udaivilas is enveloped by expansive gardens on the calmer western shore of Lake Pichola in Udaipur. It’s about 4 miles by car to Udaipur’s main attractions or a shorter boat ride.
