Villa Ahasa is just footsteps from Koggala Beach, a long stretch of picture-perfect tropical coastline close to Galle. Villa Sulanga, its sister property, is just next door, also making a potential use of both properties convenient for large families or groups of friends travelling together. Spend your time relaxing by the private pool in the garden and gazing out at the magnificent sea views, or chill in the villa, curled up in a quiet corner with a good book. Villa Ahasa is light and airy, with traditional Sri Lankan architectural features such as the open-sided living spaces, wrap-around veranda and tiled roof, off-set by a blue and white colour scheme and light wood furnishings reminiscent of the Mediterranean.
There are three bedrooms at Villa Ahasa, all furnished with four-poster beds. Extra beds can be added to accommodate up to six adults and four children. The two upper-floor rooms are an interconnecting double and twin, ideal for families. The double room is the master room and boasts a walk-in dressing area, bathtub with sea views and large French windows which open to a veranda. The double room on the ground floor has a walk-in wardrobe and twin sinks and opens straight out to the garden. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms with a shower.
A villa manager, chef, housekeepers and butlers will be on hand to assist you during your stay. The chef can whip up Western favourites and local dishes depending on your preference, and will discuss meals with you ahead of time. Dining is on the shaded veranda so you can enjoy your meal whilst listening to the sound of the ocean.
