Ghandruk
Ghandruk is a large Gurung village sitting at around 2,000 metres in the Annapurna foothills, with views of Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre that most people describe as the best they see on their entire trip.
It is accessible on foot from Nayapul and works well as part of a short trek or as an overnight stop. The village has a strong sense of its own culture and the Gurung Museum here gives some useful context on the community and its history. We can build it into a number of different itineraries depending on your fitness and how long you have.
