Where to Eat in Jaipur: The Best Restaurants, Bars & Dining Experiences
The ever-evolving food scene of Jaipur continues to draw attention, with al fresco dining becoming the preferred choice for many. Plenty of new and chic spaces have opened over the last few years, reflecting the locals' growing love for good food and great atmosphere. It really is an incredible city historically but also now it has a contemporary side due to a changing demographic in the city.
The dining options in the newly refurbished City Palace complex are leading from the front. Gallery Café, uniquely located above the central square of the palace, serves chai, traditional chaats, and snacks. The newly launched Sarvato, offering a selection of regal dishes through its curated Rajasthani Tasting Menu and stunning views of the City Palace complex, is rewriting the regional fine-dining experience and stands out as one of the city's most atmospheric and sought-after dining settings now.
There are a few other notable new places in Jaipur, such as Mirove Artisanal Kitchen, a multi-cuisine fine-dining restaurant serving contemporary interpretations of Rajasthani, Indian, and international classics. (Please note: they do not serve alcohol.)
Our clients in Jaipur also have access to a private, members-only polo club from the makers of Bar Palladio (The Polo Palladio), where we can arrange a table for dinner or drinks. This offers a wonderful opportunity for lively conversations.
A few more new experiences that we've put together include Royal Sundowners, featuring a jeep ride and heritage liquor tasting at an ancestral home, as well as a visit to a contemporary bar in the heart of the city.
